Once  you have contacted us via email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, we will conduct a free initial consultation call with you to discuss your requirements in details, so we can tailor the properties we send you. 

02 Mortgage Application

Once you have selected your property, we will help you get in touch with a trusted mortgage specialist who will make a formal mortgage recommendation to you and/or secure an Agreement In Principal from a lender. 

03 Conveyancing

04 Final Stage

Again, we will help you get in touch with a trusted conveyancer. We will let you know which documents are required in the early stages so that you have time to prepare. We negotiate on your behalf to help reach a solution for every obstacle faced.

While you are enjoying your new property, HFPL may keep in touch to ensure your finance and insurance remain appropriate to your needs. Then as you approach the end of the introductory interest rate, HFPL may advise you on new refinance options to ensure you never spend more that you need to. 

When there is a completion date in sight, your mortgage broker will notify the bank to ready funds, and your conveyancer will provide a completion statement to show an itemised list of costs to complete your purchase. All parties will work to the date listed on the completion statement. If there are any complications we will step in to assist and ensure a successful transaction is concluded. Your conveyancer will request funds and send them to the seller's conveyancing firm. Once received, the ownership will be transferred from time to you. Once completion is confirmed, you are the new owners of the property!
