When there is a completion date in sight, your mortgage broker will notify the bank to ready funds, and your conveyancer will provide a completion statement to show an itemised list of costs to complete your purchase. All parties will work to the date listed on the completion statement. If there are any complications we will step in to assist and ensure a successful transaction is concluded. Your conveyancer will request funds and send them to the seller's conveyancing firm. Once received, the ownership will be transferred from time to you. Once completion is confirmed, you are the new owners of the property!
