Most of our new clients are referred to us by our existing landlords & tenants due to our professional service and successful results. Do you know friends, colleagues, neighbours or family who have a property to rent out? Why not introduce them to us! Refer a landlord to us and upon the successful letting of the property, you will be eligible for receiving a £200 cash reward.

2. Speak to the person being referred to and let them know that Legacy Investments will be in touch.
3. If the person being referred accepts our GOLD Management Service, Legacy Investments will give you £200 on completion of the rental.
