When you choose our Tenant Find package, we’ll help with the initial stages of letting a property, including ensuring the property is compliant and the following:

• marketing of property

• reference checks including right-to-rent immigration checks

• preparation and execution of tenancy agreement and associated documents

• deposit registration

We can look after your property during any vacant period, including holding keys, collecting letters, and maintaining effective communication with the building management. 

A snagging report for your new-build will be carried out by our RICS chartered surveyor, suitable for all types of residential properties
