For Tenants

When renting a property in England, through an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (ASTs), you will usually be responsible for the payment of bills during tenancy (council tax, utilities, TV license, communication services) unless otherwise specified in the tenancy agreement. In accordance with the Tenant Fees Act 2019, we may charge the following fees should the circumstances arise:

Holding Deposits

1 week's rent

This is to reserve your unit

Unpaid Rent

Interest 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate on any rent 14 days late, or more

Early Termination

Our re-let fees upon early termination of a tenancy (50% of the rent, deposit protection & inventory cost)

Security Deposit

5 weeks' rent

(or Six Weeks' Rent is rent is over £50,000 per annum per tenancy)

Lost Keys or Other Security Devices

Reasonable costs for a replacement key/security device

Tenancy Variation

No more than £50 for our administrative work.
